WEEK 10: CVR

Tutorial scene / Successful VR playtest / Feedback

I have also started to do the technical part of the VR as I do not have much interaction, I needed to start on the bee following the players position. Which I have done the animation of going in circle on a loop almost seamlessly.

Before the winter break I did a playtest with my flatmates with my version 3 of the garden, what I was really worried is the hills be too tall as from my perspective they look too high. Below are the feedback.

Feedbacks:

  • The sound design worked well for the visuals.
  • Bee size should bee bigger to be more of an distraction for the player.
  • My doubts of the hills being too tall was debunked when flatmate tested the experience and stated the hight works well as it formed the horizon of the garden.
